Founded in 2019, and with our home base inside Avanti Food & Beverage in the Lower Highlands, we bring fresh oysters, raw bars, lobster rolls, shrimp cocktails, and plenty of good times to events all over the state. Whether you're planning a wedding in the mountains, a corporate happy hour in LoDo, a backyard party in Boulder, or a festival on the Western Slope — we'll pack the coolers, sharpen the oyster knives, and take care of the rest.

Shuck Brothers is more than a catering company—we're an experience. Every oyster is shucked fresh to order right in front of your guests, turning the food into part of the entertainment. It's interactive, it's memorable, and it's a great excuse for everyone to gather around the bar with a drink in hand.

We regularly cater weddings, rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours, corporate events, grand openings, holiday parties, breweries, wineries, golf tournaments, nonprofit galas, private dinners, birthday parties, and just about any occasion where people appreciate great seafood and good company. If you've got a venue and hungry guests, there's a good chance we'll come to you.

While our calling card is always the Oyster Bar — we offer a wide range of catering services, both hot and cold, seafood and otherwise, and work with you to customize a menu that fits everything from a laid-back brewery gathering to a black-tie wedding.

At the end of the day, we just love feeding people. We believe the best events are the ones where guests linger a little longer, strike up conversations with strangers, and leave saying, "That oyster bar was… awesome."
